Excellent sttaf. Excellent breakfast. Very nice view around.
Difficult to find.location outside the town krynica. The name "hotel spa״ give us the idea that this hotel have special termal , and maybe mineral facility. They have common spa, so we have a little regret about the deal.

The hotel's location in the mountains makes it perfect for winter sports and trekking. The spa facilities were impressive, with a big pool, sauna, steam baths, and jacuzzis available until late. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and the staff provided amenities for my baby.

Spent Christmas here and loved the beautiful location with the amazing view of the mountains. The heated floors in the bathroom and spectacular swimming pool made our stay comfortable. The food was delicious with a wide selection, including a Thai restaurant on-site.
The price was quite high for the services offered. The staff seemed grumpy and unapproachable, and the spa treatments were overpriced with mediocre results.

The breakfast was simply amazing! So many delicious options, including homemade pies and scrambled eggs made with real eggs. the location was great, nestled in the forest and close to ski facilities. It was the perfect mix of luxury and local wooden architecture.
The staff in the restaurant could be a bit slow and not quite as attentive as the rest of the staff. some information was only available in the local language which made it difficult to know about certain promotions.

We stayed in a nearby hotel near the jaw-dropping cable railway. If you're a fan of mountains and enjoy walking and skiing, the hotel is perfect. the breathtaking view visible from our room's window was enough to make us forget about the small, dull bathroom. the hotel staff serves a tasty breakfast. We’ll often remember our relaxing stay thanks to the lovely pool with a glass wall facing the slope and the spa facilities.
Parking near the hotel is a nightmare during winter, and it can be very frustrating to find a suitable place to park your car.
